Westside Exhaust & 4x4 Return Policy
If an item is faulty and proven Westside Exhaust & 4x4 is at fault please email us at sales@westsideexhaust4x4.com.au within 3 days of receiving the item.
There will be NO REFUNDS to buyers who have changed their mind or no longer have a use for the item.

Westside Exhaust & 4x4 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may need to put a claim in with the freight company if they are believed to be at fault.
Westside Exhaust & 4x4 Exchanges
If you purchase the wrong part/accessories our company may decide to provide you with an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Westside Exhaust & 4x4 Refund Policy
If your return is accepted and you would like a refund we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
