Shipping policy
PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERIES MAY TAKE LONGER DUE TO COVID, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.Â
We aim to get all orders packed and ready for shipping or pick up within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email/sms to confirm that is is ready to be shipped or collected depending on the option you chose. If your item has been shipped/posted, you will receive notification with the tracking number. Signature may be required by courier for proof of delivery. If you are not home to accept your delivery a card may be left by courier. Westside Exhaust will not pay any money to arrange a re-delivery if this is required.Â
Unfortunately we cannot send large or bulky items (i.e Exhaust Systems) to a PO Box. All deliveries must be shipped to either a business or residential address.
Please note that once your item has been picked up for delivery we can not guarantee the date in which you will receive your order however you will be able to track this yourself with the tracking number provided. We do aim to use the quickest method possible however if you item is urgent please let us know before placing your order.Â

Collection:
If you are collecting your order; you will receive an email or sms when your order is ready to collect. Please allow 1-3 business days for this. Please do not try to collect your order before you have received this unless you have spoken to one of our team members. Once you receive this confirmation and are at our shop, please either pop in store or call us from your car on 03 8358 5511 and we will bring your order out to you. Please have your order collection confirmation ready to show our team members.Â
